In this role, you will apply the nursing process to deliver patient
care under the guidance of licensed professionals authorized by
state regulations to prescribe treatments and medications, or under
the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will be accountable
for the care provided to your assigned patients and will
collaborate with various departments to ensure comprehensive
patient care. Upholding patient rights and maintaining
confidentiality of patient information is essential. Position
Overview: Educational Support: Tuition Reimbursement of up to
$2,000 annually Initial RN degree assistance of $30,000 $3,000
Relocation Assistance available for full-time positions only
Weekend Differential Pay Shift Differential for eligible hours
worked between 3 PM and 7 AM Weekend Option Days: WEO rates plus
weekend differential Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates plus weekend
differential and night shift differential New Increased Weekend
Option Differential: $8.00 for LPNs Comprehensive medical, dental,
and vision insurance effective from Day One Employer-Matched
Retirement Contributions Qualifications: Education: Must be a
graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; equivalent
educational experience and successful licensure will also be
considered. Licensure: It is your responsibility to obtain and
maintain a current LPN license in the state where you will be
practicing, adhering to all State Board of Nursing requirements.
Experience: Open to both new and seasoned LPNs. Certifications:
LPN-IV Certification must be completed prior to or within 3 months
of hire (with a range from upon hire to within 1 year). Basic Life
Support certification from the American Heart Association or
completion of the course within 30 days of hire. Physical
Requirements: Regularly required to push, pull, and/or lift up to
50 pounds. Prolonged standing and walking are necessary during each
shift. Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat is
essential for performing job duties. Unit Overview: The 4C unit
specializes in caring for patients with cardiac conditions,
managing both chronic and acute diseases while ensuring telemetry
and cardiac oversight. We cater to patients with complex needs,
including heart failure, respiratory issues, severe dysrhythmias,
pneumonia, sepsis, COPD, diabetes, and gastrointestinal disorders.
Additionally, we coordinate care for patients requiring
catheterization, angiography, dialysis, outpatient
infusion/chemotherapy, and anticoagulation therapies. We are an
