Nurse - Medical-Surgical Unit This role is for a Registered Nurse
(RN) who will deliver patient care in a Medical-Surgical unit
during night shifts. Responsibilities include addressing complex
patient needs, collaborating with various departments, and
upholding professional nursing standards, particularly regarding
patient confidentiality. The organization provides sign-on bonuses,

us! Overview: Utilizes the nursing process to deliver high-quality
patient care. Maintains accountability for the care provided to
assigned patients and assesses the effectiveness of care from other
direct caregivers. Coordinates patient care in collaboration with
other departments while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality
are upheld. Performs all duties in alignment with our mission,
values, and service standards. Position Highlights: UP TO $20,000
SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE NO CONTRACT REQUIRED Incentives: New
Graduates: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus 1-2 Years of RN Experience: $13,000
Sign-On Bonus 3-4 Years of RN Experience: $15,000 Sign-On Bonus 5
Years of RN Experience: $20,000 Sign-On Bonus Education Support: Up
to $20,000 Loan Forgiveness for New Graduate Nurses Tuition
Reimbursement up to $2,000 annually Weekend Differential Pay Shift
Differential for qualifying hours between 3 PM and 7 AM Weekend
Option Days: WEO rates plus weekend differential Weekend Option
Nights: WEO rates plus weekend differential and night shift
differential New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 for

Day One Employer-Matched Retirement Contributions Qualifications:
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited registered nursing
program. Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a
current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure,
meeting all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications:
Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart
Association or completion of the course within 30 days of hire.
Physical Requirements: Regularly required to push, pull, and/or
lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand and walk for extended
periods during each shift. Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel,
twist, and squat as necessary to perform job duties. Unit

also support patients requiring surgical interventions such as
catheterization lab procedures, angiograms, EGD, colonoscopy, and
