Job Description In this hands-on role, the HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) Coordinator will partner closely with the Regional Safety Manager to support safety and environmental compliance initiatives across the region. Responsibilities: Supporting safety and environmental programs to identify, reduce, and manage workplace hazards Assisting the Regional Senior Vice President in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Conducting routine safety inspections and reporting findings to the Safety Manager Coordinating corrective actions and securing necessary resources to resolve safety issues Following up on inspection results to ensure timely closure of non-compliant or unsafe conditions Delivering employee training on various safety and environmental topics as needed Contributing to the development, implementation, and enforcement of company safety policies and procedures Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or a related field 3–5 years of practical safety experience (civil construction industry experience preferred) Strong communication skills Bilingual Spanish a plus Willingness to travel regionally as required
