Peter Boulware Toyota is seeking an experienced Express Lube Center Manager to oversee daily operations of our Express Lube Center in Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, efficient workflow, and maintain high-quality standards while managing a team and meeting business goals. Responsibilities - Manage the daily operations of the Express Lube Center, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. - Supervise, train, and motivate staff to provide outstanding customer service and maintain productivity. - Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations. - Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed to support operations. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with other departments to support overall dealership objectives and promotions. Requirements - Proven experience managing an automotive service or express lube center. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Good organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Knowledge of automotive maintenance services preferred. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.
