Responsible for all related operations of manufacturing facilityUnderstand, maintain, evaluate and improve Process ControlsMaintain and improve product quality control and assurance standardsMaintain cost control, maximize productivity, minimize wasteMotivate, train, develop and lead production personnel on rotating shiftsCoordinate production schedules with team membersCommunication of essential information to all parties concernedAbility to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks/assignmentsFurther responsibilities include working cooperatively with sales, production, administrative and management teamsThis position offers a complete benefit package, including 401K/ESOP, pension, health, life and dental insurance.
