Job Description:

Job Summary: The Driver Qualifications Specialist will initiate and maintain driver qualification files and coordinate with Allied to resolve any issues regarding driver qualifications.
Essential Functions:

• Initiates driver qualification files (CDL and Non-CDL)
• Run and maintain current Motor Vehicle Reports
• Run and maintain current licenses
• Maintain driver qualification files
• Notifies service centers the status of driver qualifications and answers questions as needed
• Run and maintain current physicals
• Other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Efficient data entry ability
  • Knowledge of company software
  • Knowledge of Allied systems
  • Good personality skills to communicate effectively via telephone
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programsRequired Education and Experience:
    • Required: High school diploma or its equivalent
    • Preferred: Previous driver qualification experience
    • Preferred: Knowledge of DOT driver regulationWorking Conditions:
      • Indoors
      • Office Environment
