Key Role: Oversee travel preparation, scheduling, and execution for culture and language immersion travel for over 900 participants a yearRecruit participants for language intensive training eventsManage theater and country clearance for each participant from over 20 countries and ensure participants complete force protection requirementsLiaise with language vendors, embassy personnel, and training partner points of contact regarding country clearance, force protection procedures, travel arrangements, and other details of the immersionOversee completion of status protections paperworkAdvise participants on foreign clearance guide and Defense Travel System mattersMaintain accountability using the Language Enabled Airmen Development ResourceReview and enter scheduling and registration requests for online language programBasic Qualifications:--- Experience in a professional work environment
* Experience with using Micro sof t Office Suite
* Ability to obtain a security clearance--- HS diploma or GED Additional Qualifications:--- Experience with Defense Travel System
* Experience with the military
