The main focus of the
Staffing Coordinator position is to maintain operational branch
success, manage client caseloads, and coordinate client
care with referral sources, clients and employees. Work hours
for this role are Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM, but will vary to
support business needs. The individual in this position must have
availability to be On-Call for caseload-related

A typical day for
a Staffing Coordinator includes:
Participating in annual
reviews and employee evaluations.
Communicating with field
staff, nurses, Branch Managers, referral sources, and caseworkers
regarding client conditions.
for daily staffing issues.
Reviewing timesheets and
submitting payroll entry forms.
onboarding and training new field staff
In order to be
eligible for this role, you should
- A High School Diploma or
- A valid driver's
- Access to insured and
- Availability to be
- Staffing experience
- At least 2 years of
experience in the health care and/or home services
- Previous experience
working with the elderly and/or disabled or must display a
compassionate attitude for that constituent
communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to
communicate with clients and staff via phone and
must comply with state background screening requirements.
