Join us and Apply today What you will be doing PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for answering Help Desk phone calls and e-mails Documents all calls / e-mails and ensures all inquiries are assigned to the proper technical assistant. Responsible for building, configuring, and repairing all computers. Sets up user configurations for hardware and software. Provides printer support. Unlocks user accounts and software locks. Removes SpyWare on systems, when applicable. Provides in depth computer troubleshooting and network connectivity support. Performs user data backup and restoration Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations. Performs related duties as assigned. What your background should look like EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education; normally requires a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years related and progressively responsible experience. MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Strong customer service skills Strong interpersonal skills Good analytical skills Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and creatively in order to improve customer satisfaction Strong organizational skills; attention to detail Ability to analyze and repair hardware; must know basic software configurations What AmerisourceBergen offers We offer competitive total rewards compensation.
