Job Description Job Description Tallahassee-based client is
seeking a 3 year HR Generalist with payroll experience to join a
growing team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in talent
acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, and payroll. Responsibilities
Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and
integrity. Assisting with the input of payroll details into
NetSuite (NS), and reconciliation Process bi-weekly payroll in
NetSuite. Manage the HR function, hiring documentation, submitting
background and drug tests, receiving all documentation, and
complying with outside agencies’ requirements. Assist leadership
with meeting summaries and project tracking Act as the point of
contact for HQ HR needs. Assisting with research, filing, labeling,
data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate data. Onboard
and offboard employees. Manage talent acquisition process (create
and post job requisitions, screen candidates, schedule interviews,
etc.). Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or
related field or minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR/Payroll.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal
communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to
manage documentation effectively.
