However, the salary range is flexible and will be determined based on your current earnings and expectations . Location: Troy, MI Job Type: Full-time & Part-time Job Description: A leading women’s health practice in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Mammography Technologist / Technician to join its breast health centers located in Rochester Hills and Troy . This role is ideal for professionals who value patient care, teamwork, and a respectful workplace that offers flexible scheduling and strong benefits . You will work under the supervision of the Center’s Manager with daily direction from Lead Breast Sonographers and Radiologists. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care & Interaction Confirm patient identification and imaging requests Explain procedures to patients and answer questions Provide clear, compassionate communication both in person and over the phone Mammography Imaging Perform mammography procedures and position patients properly Operate and adjust equipment to ensure high-quality images Practice all required safety and radiation protection protocols Equipment & Inventory Conduct equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues Order and manage imaging supplies and patient drapes Documentation & Administration Complete patient charting and record-keeping Forward studies to radiologists for interpretation Support other clinical and administrative duties as needed Professionalism & Team Collaboration Participate in continuing education and training Support colleagues and assist at other locations when necessary Maintain composure during busy schedules and resolve issues calmly Qualifications: Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Current BLS Certification Completion of formal Radiologic Technology program (AMA-approved) ARRT and/or CRT Certification Mammographic Radiologic Technology certification Preferred: 3 years of mammography experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills Schedule: Monday to Friday Day shift 8-hour shifts Flexible schedule available Work Environment: Medical office with clinical and administrative settings Frequent movement, lifting (up to 100 lbs occasionally), standing, and bending On-site work only (no remote work) Benefits: 401(k) with employer matching Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Parental Leave Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee Discounts Referral Program Retirement Plan Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
