Job Description Job Description What will you will do in this role: Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement Job Requirements: 2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute care ICU RN experience required If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (They’ll still need to apply for the FL license) we can consider and move forward.
