Travel to job sites, coordinate with dispatch, and manage schedules. Provide excellent customer service, interact with homeowners, and manage vehicle maintenance and inventory. Educate homeowners on additional services and opportunities. Requirements: HVAC trade school graduate or related continuing education. Ability to lift to 75 pounds, climb, bend, kneel, and work in various conditions. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iOS devices. Positive attitude, conflict resolution skills, and flexibility in handling multiple tasks. Safe Driving Record Required - We Value Safety and Experience!
