customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services

vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven

In this position...
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Digital
Retail Sales to lead our retail automotive subscriptions sales
group, focusing on in/around vehicle software and services. The
successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital sales,
online sales, salesforce campaigns, and the conversion of freemium
or point of sale subscriptions within the retail automotive
industry.

What you'll do...
Develop and execute Ford Integrated Services digital sales
strategies to drive subscription sales for software and services
within the retail automotive sector.
Consolidated and Centralized management of all digital campaigns to
our end customers, products, bundling, conversion, integration
through the call center and our retail automotive subscriptions
sales group, focusing on in/around vehicle software and
services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital
sales, online sales, salesforce campaigns, and the conversion of
freemium or point of sale subscriptions within the retail
automotive industry.
Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to optimize sales
performance and customer engagement.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with automotive
industry partners and stakeholders to drive sales opportunities and
strategic alliances.
Collaborate with Segment General Managers and other internal teams
to develop annual/quarterly business plans and report against
jointly agreed to KPI's
Own sales reporting and post-mortems for the Digital channel,
building a deep understanding of sales attainment to forecasts,
alongside a view of insights (what's working/not working, future
recommendations
The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving retail digital
sales within the automotive sector, combined with a deep
understanding of software subscriptions and the retail automotive
buying experience. If you have a proven track record of success in

You'll have...
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience driving digital transformation for
complex global organizations, ideally in a retail environment.
5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a
comprehensive understanding of the retail automotive buying
experience and customer behavior.
Demonstrated success in customer-centric consultative sales and
digital development delivering results and converting opportunities
into sales successes.
Extensive experience in software subscription sales, with a deep
understanding of subscription-based business models and sales
strategies.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to
inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve exceptional
results.
