Job Description OB/GYN Physician – Full-Time Opportunity Are you
an OB/GYN Physician looking for variety in your clinical work and

circumstances. Position Details - Job Type: Full-time - Pay Range:
$300,000 – $475,000 per year - Up to $100, 000 sign on bonus EAM: 3
OBG 3 CNM 2 WHNP's (plus 3 OBGYNs PRN for call coverage at
hospital) - Setting: full spectrum OB & Gyn - Schedule: M-F 8-5 in
clinic plus call, 1 surgery day at hospital - Deliveries: average
60-70/month & 720-840/year Benefits Package Includes: - Health,

(yr 1-5), 8 days (6 yrs) - CME allowance: $YES, (includes
professional license &.or society dues) – 5 days plus $3500 -
DEA renewal: employer paid - Medical, Dental, Vision insurance -
Life insurance: $50,000 plus option for supplemental life ins and
AD&D employer paid - $50,000 - STD: 31 day exclusion (employer
paid, $700/week for 22 weeks- option for buy-up plan - LTD: 180 day
exclusion (employee paid), 60% of pay up to $9250/month - 403(b)
retirement plan: tax deferred plan after 1 year of employment -
employer pays 2% discretionary contribution at calendar year end
matches employee's contribution up to 3% of salary - FTCA
