Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Columbus, GA Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,320 to $1,480 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $33.00 - $37.00/Hourly. Summary: A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Home Health provides rehabilitative care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA helps patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions by improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring physical function. Responsibilities: Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist. Provide in-home therapy sessions to patients. Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility. Monitor patient progress and report outcomes to the supervising therapist. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques. Requirements Requirements: 2 - Year experience Required, Home Health experience Required, BLS Certification, Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
