Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated RN for our Women’s
Medical-Surgical unit to provide top-tier care in a
patient-centered environment. This role focuses on developing and
managing nursing care plans, intervening as necessary, and
promoting wellness through best practices in surgical care. As a
pivotal team member, you will work collaboratively with
interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest level of care for our
patients. Assess, plan, and implement care strategies for female
patients Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize
patient outcomes Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
Manage patient records and documentation efficiently Educate
patients and families on post-surgical care and health management
Strong clinical skills in a medical-surgical setting Ability to
collaborate effectively with a team Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficiency in using healthcare software
systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS
Certification preferred
