Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various medical-surgical units. Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-hospital care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Float between units to ensure operational efficiency and quality care. Strong clinical skills in a medical-surgical setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to new units and swiftly integrate into different teams Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice BLS certification ACLS certification preferred
