Collaborate with physicians to implement comprehensive patient care plans. Provide patient and family-centered care as per HCA Healthcare standards. Administer medications and document patient responses. Utilize advanced equipment and technology to monitor patient health. Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using healthcare technology Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
