Our RNs play a crucial role in managing the patient experience from admission to discharge, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of medical care. This position offers the unique opportunity to work across nearly 2,000 care sites and collaborate with top professionals in healthcare, leveraging our expansive resources to make a substantive impact on patient lives every day. Provide immediate medical attention to emergencies involving sudden illness or injury. Administer medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions. Collaborate with physicians to swiftly decide on the best course of action. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Educate patients and families on aftercare and health maintenance. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to standards and policies. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred
