Job Description Neurologist Opening | Auburn, New York Position
Overview: Provide high-quality, patient-focused care in an
outpatient setting. This role involves diagnosing and treating a
variety of medical conditions, promoting preventive health, and
working collaboratively with a healthcare team to support the
well-being of the community. General Responsibilities: Upholds the
terms and expectations outlined in the employment agreement
Provides patient care with the highest level of ethical and
professional standards. Maintains a strong, trust-based
physician-patient relationship as the foundation of care.
Demonstrates integrity, transparency, and professionalism in all
interactions. Actively contributes to the continued growth and
excellence of clinical services. Commits to lifelong learning and
continuous professional development to stay current in medical
knowledge and skills. Dedicates full-time effort to the practice
and advancement of their medical specialty Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with neurological disorders
Manage both inpatient and/or outpatient neurological care
(depending on role) Interpret diagnostic tests including EEG, EMG,
MRI, and CT scans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
develop treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely medical
documentation Participate in quality improvement initiatives and
continuing education Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited
medical school Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology Active or eligible
medical license in [State] Strong clinical, communication, and
