for a registered nurse specializing in Step-Down or Progressive
Care Unit (PCU) settings. This role involves delivering advanced

intensive care unit but who do not need full ICU services. The
nurse will play a crucial part in managing complex patients,
assessing clinical status, and collaborating with multidisciplinary
teams to optimize outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide
high-quality nursing care to patients in a Step-Down or PCU
environment. - Monitor and assess patient condition frequently,
