Job Description Andalusia Health, located in Andalusia, Alabama is seeking a gynecologist for a hospital-employed practice in a growing community with a strong referral base. 10 days' call per month with only one weekend required monthly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a smaller town setting. Andalusia Health is an 88-bed facility offering a wide range of diagnostic, therapeutic, emergency, and surgical services to a thriving service area of 60,000 plus. - Comp is MGMA median or better, based on experience - SUPERB quarterly bonus potential - $50K sign-on bonus - Annual CME - 10 days' call monthly - More Strong economic development within the community, including a revitalized downtown area. Shaw Industries, PowerSouth, and Conecuh Sausage industries are located here. Plenty of community festivals including Candy Land and July Jamz, among others. A thriving parks and recreation department, and enjoy “Friday Night Lights” with the local football teams from the excellent city and county school systems.
