Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Albany, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,624 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 17 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 17 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ASLS, NIHSS Must-Have: C-section experience required Flexibility with changing assignments during the shift Description: The position is for a Registered Nurse in a medical surgical setting. Candidates must have 2 years of nursing experience, including one travel assignment or 4 years without travel. The nurse will work a night shift schedule and will be responsible for providing care to a diverse patient population. Typical nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:6. Assistance from nurse aides is available, with a general ratio of 1:8 or 1:10. Nurses may be asked to float to other areas as needed, including orthopedic, neurological, oncology, and acute care. Monitored telemetry is available on different units. Ventilation support can include BIPAP and CPAP, which are only utilized during nighttime hours. There will be a requirement to rotate holidays with permanent staff. Cancellations can occur with a policy of 12 hours every 2 weeks. The charting system used is MEDITECH.
