Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in River Falls, WI,
providing services within a school setting. This position is a
contract role covering leave from April through June, with flexible
hours ranging between 32 to 40 hours per week based on candidate
preference. You will work onsite across three school sites,
supporting an active caseload of 40 students alongside another
Occupational Therapist and a Certified Occupational Therapy
Assistant (COTA). Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational
therapy services to students according to individualized education
plans. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to
support student progress. Manage and document caseload effectively
while contributing to team goals. Provide assessments,
interventions, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy License through the
Department of Public Instruction (DPI) for Wisconsin. Experience
working in school-based occupational therapy preferred. Ability to
work onsite consistently across multiple school locations. Strong
communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with a fellow OT
and COTA. Location: River Falls, WI, with coverage across three
