Healthcare as an RN in our Mother Baby unit. This role is pivotal
in providing top-tier health services at our sophisticated
facilities where we prioritize patient-centered care. The RN Mother
Baby is responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of
postpartum mothers and their newborns, offering essential support,
education, and expert care during this critical phase. This
position allows for immense growth and learning opportunities in
maternal and infant health, all within a supportive environment
committed to improving human life. Monitor and assess the health
condition of postpartum mothers and newborns, ensuring any
complications are promptly addressed. Educate mothers on newborn
care, lactation, nutrition, and postpartum recovery. Collaborate
with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare
professionals to deliver integrated care. Implement and document
patient care plans and recoveries. Provide emotional support and
guidance to mothers and families during the postpartum period.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in
patient care. Strong clinical skills in a mother-baby care
environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Proficient in electronic health record systems Medical Insurance

Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
certification Certified in Maternal Newborn Nursing (RNC-MNN)
