Job Description Job Description Position Title: Med-Tele Neuro RN Location: Tallahassee, Florida Shifts Available: Days (Rotating Weekends): 7a-7p Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7p-7a Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN to join our team. The RN will provide care and treatment to adult patients with neurological and medical-surgical conditions in a patient-centered care model. This role requires independent clinical assessments and management of patient care while collaborating within a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation. Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team. Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues. Identify expected outcomes and develop individualized care plans. Act as a patient safety advocate. Ensure effective use of time, supplies, and equipment. Educate patients and families regarding medications, procedures, and treatments, providing support throughout the patient stay. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience . Active Florida RN license or approved multistate/compact RN license. BLS certification required. ACLS certification preferred. BSN preferred.
