This role is vital for ensuring efficient workflows, compliance with policies, and the provision of high-quality support services that contribute to exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating activities, addressing emerging issues, and maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere. Qualifications: Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program. Experience: A minimum of three years of nursing experience in a hospital setting. Licensure: Must hold a current RN (Registered Nurse) License in the relevant state. Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications are required prior to starting the first shift. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Experience: Five years of nursing experience in a hospital environment. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities. Ability to manage stressful situations and make informed decisions under pressure. Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
