Qualifications Education & Licensure: Must be a graduate of an accredited RN program. Possess an active RN license (state-specific or compact). Must fulfill all state board of nursing requirements. Experience: Candidates are required to have hands-on Operating Room experience. Certifications Required: ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support. BLS – Basic Life Support (or to be obtained within 30 days of hire). Any unit-specific certifications (with a timeline for completion).
