- Full Time - Nights & Evenings Overview: The Registered
Respiratory Therapist delivers direct respiratory care to patients
in accordance with physician directives and collaborates with
physicians regarding the effectiveness of therapies. This position
necessitates a valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license and
Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials, with a preference for
candidates who have critical care experience. The role requires
working during nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays, while

direct patient care across all facets of respiratory therapy,
following physician orders. You will also consult with physicians
on therapy effectiveness and serve as a knowledgeable resource for
both physicians and nursing staff regarding respiratory care.

Job Responsibilities: As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you
will: Provide direct patient care in all areas of respiratory
therapy, adhering to physician orders. Consult with physicians
regarding the effectiveness of respiratory therapies. Act as a
resource for physicians and nursing staff on respiratory care
matters. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Education: Completion of a CoArc accredited Respiratory Care
program. Licensure: Must meet state licensing requirements and
possess a current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
Certifications: Must hold the Registered Respiratory Therapist
(RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care
(NBRC). PALS certification is required for those working in the
Emergency Room. Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, and
grip up to 50 lbs, pinch up to 10 lbs, and perform minimal
kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Equipment: Proficient use of all
relevant respiratory care devices. Preferred Education: Acute
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Preferred Experience:
