family needs using effective communication, observation, and

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with proficient knowledge of
nursing theory and practice. Experience in medical-surgical nursing

diverse age groups including adults, adolescents, and elderly
patients. Commitment to patient advocacy, safety, and quality
improvement. Comfort with occupational exposure protocols and
