The Charge Nurse is responsible for overseeing the department's
operations. This leadership role involves providing support,
mentorship, and guidance to those delivering direct patient care.
The Charge Nurse will facilitate the provision of patient care by
assessing staffing requirements and assigning patients to the
appropriate caregivers. Their primary goal is to guarantee that
every patient receives timely, safe, effective, and high-quality
care. Collaboration with bedside nurses to coordinate patient care
plans is essential. Additionally, the Charge Nurse will establish
expectations for professional behavior and act as a resource for
the patient care unit. They will ensure that both direct and
indirect care providers are accountable for their professional
duties and compliance with regulatory standards. All
responsibilities will be carried out in alignment with our Mission,
Values, and Service Standards. Position Overview: UP TO $20,000
SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE for night shifts only - NO CONTRACT
REQUIRED Incentives Include: New Graduates: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Frontload of up to 80 Hours for Experienced RNs (Full-Time Only)
Employer-Matched Retirement Plans Qualifications: Education: Must
be a graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN
license in the state of employment and must fulfill all state board
of nursing requirements. Certifications: Basic Life Support
certification from the American Heart Association or successful
completion of the course within 30 days of hire. Physical
Requirements: Ability to push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds
regularly. Prolonged standing and walking required during each
shift. Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to
perform job duties. Unit Information: 4C: This unit caters to the
medical cardiac population, managing both chronic and acute
conditions while addressing telemetry and cardiac care needs.
Patients typically include those with complex management
requirements such as heart failure, respiratory distress,
unmanageable dysrhythmias, pneumonia, sepsis, COPD, diabetes, and
gastrointestinal issues. We also oversee the care of patients
requiring cath lab, angiography, dialysis, outpatient
infusion/chemotherapy, and anticoagulation therapies.
