Work.” Key Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to deliver
patient care effectively. Maintain accountability for the care
provided to assigned patients. Evaluate the effectiveness of care
from other direct caregivers. Coordinate patient care with other
departments. Ensure patient rights are respected and
confidentiality is upheld. Perform all duties in alignment with our
mission and values. Certifications Required: Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or
completion of the course within 30 days of employment. Depending on
the position or unit, additional certifications may be required,
including: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced
Life Support (PALS) Other unit-specific certifications as
