Overview: We are seeking a dedicated nursing professional who will
utilize the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient care.
You will be accountable for the care provided to your assigned
patients and will assess the overall effectiveness of care
delivered by other caregivers. Collaboration with various
departments to coordinate patient care is essential. Upholding
patient rights and ensuring the confidentiality of patient
information are critical aspects of this role. All responsibilities

Position Details: Incentives: Education Assistance: Up to $20,000
in Loan Forgiveness for newly graduated nurses Tuition
Reimbursement available up to $2,000 annually Weekend Differential
Pay Shift Differential for eligible hours worked between 3 PM and 7
AM Weekend Option Days: WEO rates plus weekend differential Weekend
Option Nights: WEO rates, weekend differential, and night shift
differential New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 for
RNs PTO/Vacation Time Frontload of up to 80 hours for experienced
full-time RNs Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance

Qualifications: Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited
registered nursing program. Licensure: Responsible for obtaining
and maintaining a current RN license in the state of employment,
including meeting all state board of nursing requirements.
Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American
Heart Association or successful completion of the course within 30
days of hire. Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, and/or
lift up to 50 pounds regularly Prolonged standing and walking
required during each shift Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel,
twist, and squat as necessary to perform job duties Unit
Information: On Unit 7B, we provide a diverse range of experiences
by managing complex diagnoses and patient needs, offering numerous
learning opportunities. This environment fosters a solid foundation
in nursing and clinical skills. We cater to a medical-surgical
population, addressing both chronic and acute conditions. Our
patients often require multi-system management for issues such as
infectious diseases, wound care, pneumonia, sepsis, COPD, diabetes,
gastrointestinal conditions, and post-surgical recovery.
Additionally, we coordinate care for patients needing surgical
interventions, EGD, colonoscopy, outpatient infusion/chemotherapy,
