Overview: In this role, you will apply the nursing process to
deliver exceptional patient care. You will hold professional
accountability for the care provided to your assigned patients and
assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other
caregivers. Collaboration with various departments to coordinate

Weekend differential pay Shift differential for qualifying hours
worked between 3 PM and 7 AM Weekend Option Days: WEO rates plus

Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 for RNs Comprehensive medical,
dental, and vision insurance starting on Day One Up to 80 hours of

roles Employer-matched retirement contributions Qualifications:
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited registered nursing
program. Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a
current RN license in the state of hire or compact licensure,
meeting all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications:
Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart
Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days
of hire. Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, and/or lift
up to 50 pounds regularly Prolonged standing and walking required
during each shift Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist,
and squat to fulfill job duties Unit Information: The Surgical
Trauma ‘3A’ unit consists of 33 beds and is a dynamic med-surg
telemetry environment focusing on adult post-operative and trauma
patients. Nurse-to-patient ratios are 5:1 during the day and 6:1 at
night. This unit provides an excellent opportunity to enhance
critical thinking skills and utilize a diverse range of clinical
competencies, including: Comprehensive head-to-toe assessments
Interpreting and posting telemetry strips IV insertions Care for
catheters, tracheostomies, and ostomies Wound care management Chest
