Utilizing the nursing process, you will deliver patient care under
the guidance of licensed professionals authorized by a State
regulatory board to prescribe treatments and medications, or under
the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). You will
maintain professional accountability for the care provided to your
assigned patients and coordinate care in collaboration with various
departments. Upholding patient rights and ensuring the
confidentiality of patient information is essential. Position
Overview: This role is CLINIC BASED - Assisting in the preparation
of medications for procedures - Handling medication refills, prior
authorizations, patient rooming, and collaborating with Nurse
Practitioners - Administering BOTOX injections for providers in
Headache Management Ideal for NEW LPN Graduates! WORK SCHEDULE:
MONDAY - FRIDAY (40 hours) Qualifications: Education: High school
diploma or GED equivalent. Licensure: Must be a graduate of an
accredited practical nursing program; equivalent educational
experience and successful licensure may be considered. It is your
responsibility to secure and maintain a current LPN license in the
state where you will perform nursing duties, adhering to all State
Board of Nursing requirements. Experience: A minimum of one year of
inpatient or hospital experience is required. Preferred Experience:
At least three years of LPN experience, ideally in
inpatient/hospital settings, home health, rehabilitation, or
related fields. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification
from the American Heart Association or completion of the course
within 30 days of hire. LPN-IV Certification must be completed
prior or within three months of hire (ranging from upon hire to
within one year). Note: One or more of the following certifications
may be required based on the specific position or unit, or must be
obtained within the designated timeframe: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac
Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) PEARS
(Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization) S.T.A.B.L.E.
(Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And
Emotional Support) Six Assessment & Care Modules Other
unit-specific certifications as necessary Physical Requirements:
The role involves standing or walking for most of the shift,
significant bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning
patients with assistance; ability to push, pull, or grip up to 50
