standards. Position Details: UP TO $20,000 SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE
NO CONTRACT REQUIRED Incentives: New Graduates: $5,000 Sign-On
Bonus 1-2 Years of RN Experience: $13,000 Sign-On Bonus 3-4 Years
of RN Experience: $15,000 Sign-On Bonus 5 Years of RN Experience:
$20,000 Sign-On Bonus Education Assistance: Up to $20,000 in Loan
Forgiveness for New Graduates Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000
annually Weekend Differential Pay Shift Differential for qualifying
hours from 3 PM to 7 AM Weekend Option Days: WEO rates plus weekend
differential Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates plus weekend
differential and night shift differential New Increased Weekend
Option Differential: $10.00 for RNs Comprehensive medical, dental,

Retirement Contributions Qualifications: Education: Must be a
graduate of an accredited registered nursing program. Licensure:
Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in
the hiring state or compact licensure, meeting all state board of
nursing requirements. Certifications: Basic Life Support
certification from the American Heart Association or completion of
the course within 30 days of hire. Physical Requirements: Ability
to push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Prolonged
standing and walking required during each shift. Must be able to
grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to fulfill job duties.
Unit Information: Our 7B unit provides a diverse range of
experiences through the management of complex diagnoses and patient
needs, offering numerous learning opportunities. This environment
fosters a solid foundation in nursing and clinical skills. We cater
to the medical-surgical population, addressing both chronic and
acute conditions. Patients may present with multi-system management
needs, including infectious diseases, wound care, pneumonia,
sepsis, COPD, diabetes, gastrointestinal issues, and post-surgical
care. We also oversee patients requiring surgical interventions,
EGD, colonoscopy, outpatient infusion/chemotherapy, and
