Overview: In this role, you will apply the nursing process to
deliver patient care under the guidance of licensed professionals
authorized by a State regulatory board to prescribe treatments and
medications, or under the supervision of a Registered Professional
Nurse (RN). You will be accountable for the quality of care
provided to your assigned patients, coordinating with various
departments to ensure comprehensive patient care. Upholding patient
rights and maintaining the confidentiality of patient information
are essential aspects of this position. Your responsibilities will

Details:Qualifications: Education: Completion of an accredited
practical nursing program is required; equivalent educational
experience and successful licensure may also be considered.
Licensure: You must obtain and maintain a current LPN license in
the state where you will be performing nursing duties, adhering to
all State Board of Nursing regulations. Physical Requirements: The
role involves standing and walking for most of the shift, along
with considerable bending, stooping, and assisting in lifting and
turning patients. You should be able to push, pull, or grip weights
up to 50 pounds. Experience: Both new and seasoned LPNs are
encouraged to apply. Certifications: A Basic Life Support
certification from the American Heart Association is required, or
you must complete the course within 30 days of starting. Depending
on the specific position or unit, additional certifications may be
necessary within a designated timeframe, including: ACLS (Advanced
Cardiac Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) PEARS
(Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization) S.T.A.B.L.E.
(Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And
Emotional Support) Six Assessment & Care Modules Other
unit-specific certifications as required Preferred Certifications:
IV Certification should be obtained within one year of hire. Why
