6.1 Required Experience: 2 years ICU experience ? Required
Certifications ACLS BLS NIHSS ? Unit Notes & Expectations MICU
cares for chronically ill patients requiring ventilators and
complex medication management Common diagnoses: HTN urgency,
Sepsis, CVA Must be experienced in titrating pressors and IV drugs
for critically ill patients Designated COVID-positive unit May
receive Surgical or Cardiac ICU overflow if no other beds are
