MedCare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified Otolaryngologist
(ENT) for a solo, hospital-employed practice located in Andalusia,
Alabama. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ENT
physician to establish a successful practice in a growing community
with a robust referral network. The ideal candidate will be
comfortable practicing independently and motivated to build a
strong patient base. - Light call schedule – 10 days per month with
only one required weekend - Competitive compensation aligned with
MGMA median or above, plus quarterly bonus potential - J-1 Visa
support available Comprehensive Recruitment Package Includes: -
MGMA median base salary - Excellent quarterly bonus structure -
$50,000 sign-on bonus - $15,000 relocation allowance - Student loan
