She Recruits is proud to partner with a multi-disciplinary stroke and vascular clinic seeking a dedicated Outpatient Neurologist to join their team. This is a high-opportunity, low-burnout position offering a Monday–Friday schedule, no nights, weekends, or call, and a $100,000 sign-on bonus. Whether you're a seasoned neurologist or a recent graduate, this collaborative practice environment supports professional growth, clinical autonomy, and a strong quality-of-life balance. - $100,000 Sign-On Bonus - 100% Outpatient — No call, no weekends, no holidays - Work-Life Balance: - Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM - Competitive Base Salary: $300,500 – $450,000 - Comprehensive Benefits and paid relocation/site visit - Board Certified (or Board Eligible) in Neurology - Skilled in EMG and nerve conduction studies - Comfortable working in a team-based, outpatient-only environment - Experienced or open to working with vascular/stroke patients in a multidisciplinary model - Open to visa candidates and permanent residents Technology & Tools: - EMR: Epic - Strong infrastructure and full administrative support Hospital Snapshot: - 350 bed regional medical center - Strong leadership and specialty support - Dedicated to quality improvement and provider well-being - Respected multidisciplinary team with collaborative neurology, vascular, and interventional services
