Job Description:
Our client, a Health Services Organization, is seeking a Retinal
Imaging Technician to join their team. As a Retinal Imaging
Technician, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the
delivery of integrated eye care solutions. The ideal candidate will
have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the
ability to work independently, which will align successfully with
the organization's mission. Job Title: Retinal Imaging Technician
Location: Tallahassee, FL (Remote) What's the Job? Capture images
of the eyes of diabetic patients. Educate and set appropriate
patient expectations regarding the purpose and screening process.
Upload and transmit patient images and reports through an online
portal during or immediately after each screening. Travel to
screening locations, perform screening prep, and wrap-up duties as
outlined. Collaborate with remote team members and management, as
well as screening location staff. What's Needed? Associate degree
or work history equivalent. Minimum of 2 years working in a
healthcare professional environment with customer or patient
interaction. Minimum of 1 year medical or eye care experience is
preferred. Ability to communicate with patients and staff in a
professional manner. Must have reliable transportation for local
