We are looking for registered nurses - integration who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. -In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the integration team with compassionate patient care at de novo locations across the region. You'll work collaboratively with the care team and assist with training the staff of the acquired location. This role requires extensive travel and on-call responsibilities.   A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible careEducation: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse (compact/multi-state license required)Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience required)Required: Reliable transportation.
