### Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Integration team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide compassionate patient care and support to patients and their families in a variety of settings.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and effective care delivery
* Assist with training staff at acquired locations
* Travel extensively to support de novo locations across the region

### Qualifications

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse (compact/multi-state license required)
* 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience required)
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
