POSITION OVERVIEW:Memorial Healthcare System, a premier $3.7
billion net revenue, six-hospital system with over 2,200 licensed
beds, a comprehensive range of adult and pediatric specialty
services, and more than 50 care locations, announces a national
search for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its flagship
facility, Memorial Regional Hospital, located in Hollywood, FL.
Nicknamed the "Diamond of the Gold Coast," Hollywood is located on
Florida's east coast between Fort Lauderdale and Miami and offers
residents tremendous year-round livability in a beautiful area with
almost seven miles of picturesque Atlantic Ocean beaches.Memorial
Regional Hospital is one of the largest and busiest hospitals in
Florida and is financially strong and growing with $1+ billion in
annual net revenues. A 659-bed, Level 1 Trauma teaching hospital,
Memorial Regional provides quaternary level care for both adult and
pediatric patients. With approximately 4,300 team members and a
medical staff of over 1,600 providers, Memorial Regional has an
established reputation for providing patient-centered, high-quality
care. Its key services include emergency/trauma services, cardiac
and vascular care, oncology care, neuroscience care, high risk
obstetrics and maternity care, surgical services, adult and
pediatric transplant services, and behavioral health. The hospital
shares a campus with another Memorial Healthcare System facility,
the well-recognized Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital.The Memorial
Healthcare System leadership seeks an experienced, accomplished,
and highly relational executive leader who will lead the creation
and execution of the vision of the "next generation" of Memorial
Regional to include historic capital investments to dramatically
expand and modernize the main campus and elevate the hospital to a
new level of operational performance, clinical programmatic growth,
and regional prominence. The next CEO of Memorial Regional will
have a once-in-a-career opportunity to lead the largest building
project in the history of Memorial Healthcare System and open the
region's newest, most advanced, state-of-the-art healthcare
facilities.The CEO will oversee the day-to-day operations, quality,
and growth strategies of Memorial Regional in a fast-growing,
highly competitive marketplace. The CEO will lead a deeply
committed team with a focus on efficiencies and capacity
management, campus master facility planning, multi-million dollar
construction projects, development of key ambulatory operations,
staff engagement and workplace culture, physician alignment and
partnerships, service and patient experience, quality and safety,
and fiscal responsibility.This CEO role is ideally suited for a
hospital executive whose success has stemmed from his/her innate
ability to forge genuine and trusting relationships with all key
stakeholders, to build consensus around a vision of excellence in
clinical care delivery, successfully plan and execute
transformational, large-scale construction projects, grow programs
in competitive markets, and create the optimal experience for
patients, physicians, and staff. This is a rare opportunity to join

strong and established legacy.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:A
Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare
Administration, and/or comparable post-graduate level education is
required from an accredited program.Ten years of progressive
leadership/management experience in a healthcare setting is
required. Experience leading clinical program growth and large
capital facility projects, managing clinical and non-clinical
operations, and demonstrated success in aligning with physicians is
required. Prior experience working in a multi-hospital health
system, and in a large tertiary hospital setting is also highly
