Job Description Job Description Job Title: Machine Operator $19/hr 1st shift 5am to 3pm Job Description Operate machinery to create various bearing pieces and parts for conveyors. Utilize gauges and calipers to perform quality checks on finished pieces. Assist with routine machine maintenance and upkeep. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Responsibilities Operate machinery to produce conveyor parts and bearings. Perform quality checks using gauges and calipers. Assist with machine maintenance and upkeep. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude Ability to use a tape measure Proficiency with hand tools and calipers Experience in machine operation Forklift operation skills Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience operating screw machines is a plus. Ability to read measurements accurately. Comfortable working with a variety of hand and power tools. Willingness to get hands dirty while operating machinery. Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
