Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical
Assembly Technician to join our team. This role involves performing
simple production assembly tasks, part marking, and utilizing an
ERP system to document work processes. You will be responsible for
shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions within the
production cell. Your contributions will help meet our company's
productivity and delivery standards while supporting our mission
and objectives. Responsibilities Perform simple production assembly
and part marking activities. Utilize ERP systems to document work
movement and completion transactions. Conduct shipping, receiving,
and inventory control functions, including verifying materials,
preparing orders, and allocating materials to work centers. Ensure
productivity standards are met and report delays or issues to
supervision. Participate in team and company meetings, supporting
colleagues to achieve goals. Achieve mentor certification and
instruct program participants on processing work. Troubleshoot
process-related problems and escalate as necessary. Verify the
first part of production for conformance using specifications and
drawings. Provide training and recommend qualifications on specific
processes and equipment. Perform inspection using calipers, conduct
cycle counts, and navigate customer portals. Essential Skills
Proficiency in mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, and using
hand tools. Experience with riveting, countersinking, and working
with adhesives. Familiarity with using power tools and handling
aerospace materials. Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow job
priority instructions. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in Clamp Block Cell operations. Inspection experience
with calipers. Cross-training in all areas of the Clamp Block Cell

industry with stable job prospects. Shifts are available from 7:00
a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, or from 3:25 p.m. to 1:55
a.m., Monday to Thursday. The environment is collaborative and

on proper work ethics and professional growth. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA. Pay
and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
