active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy

opportunity to provide specialized physical therapy support for a
K-12 student with orthopedical impairments in a school setting. The
role is part-time, with 15-20 hours per week, and is based onsite
to facilitate direct, hands-on assistance. The contract duration is
for the current school year, offering a chance to make a meaningful
impact in a students educational experience within a supportive
environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy
services tailored to the needs of a student with orthopedical
impairment Collaborate with educational staff to integrate
therapeutic goals into the students school activities Monitor and
document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
Participate in team meetings and provide input on individualized
education plans (IEPs) Maintain a safe and supportive environment
that promotes student independence and mobility Required
Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in
pediatric or school-based therapy Knowledge of orthopedical
impairments and related therapy techniques Ability to work onsite
in Evergreen, CO, during regular school hours Strong communication
skills for collaboration with educators and families Flexibility to
accommodate 15-20 hours per week within the school calendar year
