as the Program Manager for the Flight School Next (FSN) Initial
Entry Rotar-Wing program at Ft Rucker, AL. Support daily
interaction with the Army Aviation program team in the execution of
the FSN contract. FSN consists of helicopters, simulators and the
corresponding support equipment. Lockheed Martin is responsible for
the training, operations, maintenance, operations, logistics
support, change management, and engineering development for of all
FSN. Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of training
operations execution, including regular interaction with program
finance, contracts, human resources, and program management.
Candidate will also oversee the status of projects and budgets;
manages schedules and prepares status reports. Monitors the
assessment of project issues and develops resolutions to meet
productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and
objectives. The FSN PM understands how to complete staff work,
leverage digital transformation, and effectively use metrics to
make data driven decisions. The FSN PM establishes milestones and
monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies
program problems, and obtains effective solutions to meet program
requirements. The selected individual will represent the LM FSN
program with the Army Aviation user community Ft Rucker, AL. The
FSN PM responsibilities include leading Program Management Reviews,
conducting Customer Reviews, and developing strategic initiatives
for FSN. The FSN PM is the primary interface with the Army Aviation
stakeholders and training system acquisition customer for all
training and sustainment operations. This position will be based in

RMSPM Basic Qualifications - Experience with Army Aviation at Ft
Rucker - Experience leading Training System Support Center and/or
Trainer Operations and Maintenance Programs - Excellent
Communication and Interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated Strong
Business Acumen - Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver on
P&L commitments - Experience Managing Cross Functional and
Decentralized teams. - Relevant CAM Experience, Risk Manager, EVMS
experience and Risk Based Assessments - Ability to Travel As
Needed. - Must be Eligible to Obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Desired skills - PM Level 2 or Higher Certified - 5-years Program
Management or Subcontract Management Experience - Management
experience with program >$25M of annual sales responsibility -
Program size >$100M contract value - Experience in Site Lead
responsibilities - Experience Growing Programs Through Introduction

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$157,800 - $278,185. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits
