schedule is 7 on / 7 off — 182 shifts a year — giving you half the

long-promised trip to Tuscany. VISA candidates welcome , but this
role is especially ideal for physicians who want meaningful
clinical work without the administrative avalanche. A
hospital-based NP supports rounds at both campuses, keeping the
